The place was clean and met my expectations for a climate controlled space. , However, it was very upsetting to get a notice 2 months into my renting - that my rent would double. They give you a sale price online and then double your rent a few months into it. I asked about it when I signed up because somebody had warned me, and they told me at the office that they would take care of it and to come to them should that happen. (I had already paid for my first month which included a $50 service charge and a $20 lock fee ) However, I do not want to have to do this every time there is an increase as it feels like shady back room dealing. I ended up removing my items because I don’t want to keep dealing with this. No complaints about the facility itself although I was only there 2 months.

Staff was excellent. They took time to explain of renting storage unit and closing your account. The unit was clean and building also. The hours they provided were excellent. I would definitely use them again and recommend. Thank you again to staff.

I love that she represents the face of this store, she goes above and beyond. It’s rare these days to find management that combines friendliness with true professionalism, but this team does exactly that. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage—you’ll be well taken care of here!

I had a very good experience with getting my storage unit. There were 2 ladies there, Shirley and Amanda who were very kind and very helpful. It’s hard to find those 2 qualities in people today, so having two people like that was a blessing.

This is one of the best storage places i’ve used so far! It’s super clean and there’s so many options, I was able to find just what I needed with the help of the manager Amanda! She was amazing and i’m so grateful to have found this place and her!
