I rented a small storage unit here and overall had a good experience. The environment is clean and the management is well-organized. The only suggestion I have is to consider extending the operating hours, which currently feel a bit short. It would be much more convenient for tenants like me if the hours could be extended from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Thank you!
Had my lock was removed and I was not contacted by the office that my lock had been removed. It was 2 weeks since I had been there. My rent was paid a month and a half in advance. I went into the office to find out why my lock had been removed and I was told the manager would get back to me and then no one ever did. I was thankful my stuff was still there and just wanted to be reimbursed for a new lock. Then I got an email saying they tried to reach me and no one had. I noticed almost all the units around me had green or red locks on them and owner locks were removed. I moved out to a more secure facility and just want my rent refunded. They did call today when they saw my lock was missing after I moved out and when I returned the call, the woman in the office was extremely rude. Amazing when I removed the lock they noticed but when it was missing for up to 2 weeks no one noticed. She said “that’s all I need to know” and hung up on me before I could even discuss anything with her. Terrible customer service since the new owners took over so renters beware
I was initially concerned when the original owners of Storage Solutions announced they were selling the business, but since the transition I’ve noticed major improvements in the website, billing, and overall customer service. Prices are lower, online billing is streamlined, and I can now pay for both of my units with just one tap. I did have some issues transferring both units under the same account, but Raquel went above and beyond to advocate for me and ensure that my needs were met and the issue was resolved. Very happy with the service so far.
I had been looking around for a different storage unit as I was running into issues with the current one I was using. I was met with a pleasant experience, clean environment, and friendly staff. The staff member Britani especially had went above and beyond to explain the storage unit differences and help me find one that would accommodate my needs and price range.
Recently changed owners ...very nice both old new owners. Rachel especially a lovely person. I am always happy...great all around storage service!
