Beware of constant price increases on your unit. Over the last year and a half mine has gone up over $90 per month. If your unit is outside make sure to bring your shovel as you will be responsible to clear out any snow in front of your unit. There is also not always someone in the office one day I found myself where my gate code needed to be reset and I sat in the lot for almost 45 minutes trying to get their customer service to help me. Ultimately, they said it was a computer glitch and they fixed it, but I had that time lost. when there is someone in the office, they are always friendly and helpful so this is not location specific but my complaints are more with CubeSmart as a whole.

5 stars for Montgomery CubeSmart! All the workers have been great and helpful. Was able to look at several units before deciding. The place is clean. Rockelle is especially kind, helpful, knowledgeable and a hard worker. She keeps the place clean and truly cares about the customers and the maintenance and safety of the building and it shows. 👍🏻👍🏻👏👏🫶🏻

Place is clean, very spacious. I recommend the Cubesmart located 674 NY-17K, Montgomery, NY 12549 . The manager there is the best. I believe her name is Raquel!!! Very professional and makes the whole renting the unit process stress free. Best customer services in the Hudson valley.

The facility is clean and nicely organized. Manager Raquel is friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and the first month is free!

Very nice clean facility. Sensor lights inside the outdoor units is a plus. Love that there is an app for reminder of gate code and payment options. Super friendly manager and there is even a public bathroom available! Overall excellent experience and glad I moved out of my other storage facility and into this one. I feel safe here as well.
