0 STARS! You give a grace period of 5 days to pay your fee but after the 5 days "grace period" you charge $40? for late payment? AND PUT A LOCK ON MY DOOR????!!!!!!!!! Do you have any idea the frustration that caused me? THE INCONVENIENCE? A LOCK for being past due of 7 days!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the representative was going to charge me upfront for the upcoming month, if I didn't stop him to let him know I have time to pay for the next month he would've charged me for next month. Not only I have to pay an unlawful late fee (btw it's not anywhere written or stated but it' also wrongful charge the late fee going strictly against NYS laws for late fees). But I am also being charged as for the original price unit when I signed up with a promotion of Half off the first month or 2. I will make sure to remove my belongings from here! The scam that goes on is beyond wild! I will make sure to report this the BBB!
