Fred and Jeff from the North Babylon store were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable with my first time at a storage facility. They gave me a wonderful tour and explained not to place items too close to the path of the rollup door. Back in the office they thoroughly explained the rental terms and answered all of my questions. I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I have consistently received as a customer at your CUBESMART Location in the North Baylon location over the past few years. Jeff, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently goes out of his way to ensure that every customer receives the assistance they need and is actively involved in managing the grounds. I also want to commend the recent improvements to the facility. The repaved parking lot and the installation of new doors last year have significantly enhanced the experience. The doors open smoothly, and I've never had any issues with water or pests. As someone with a drive-up unit, I especially appreciate the well-lit parking lots and the security cameras on the buildings, which make me feel safe accessing my unit, even at night. Although I haven't yet used the new automated entry system, it appears to be a valuable addition, and I appreciate Jeff's help in setting up my portal access.
