If you’re looking for a place that will steal all your money from you, you’ve found it at Stack-N-Stor! Started out renting here with them in November 2023 with a 40 foot outdoor parking space. Started out paying only $88 a month for a space on gravel parking with spray painted lines. After 6 months, they sent an email in April 2024 stating they would raise my rent from the first amount to $112/month. I totally understand rate increases but at 27% I thought it was a bit absurd. I stuck with it as it was close to home. There have been multiple times the gates were left wide open for a place labeled as a “secure facility” when they claimed it was broken and parts were in back order. The rate never increased for over a year but in June of 2025 they sent an email that they were “increasing rates due to the rising cost of expenses” starting in July 2025. The rate increase was from $112/month to $160/month (42%). That was way over the top as there has been no upgrades done to the facility and was completely ridiculous. I contacted management who eventually settled on only increasing the rate to $144.50. Well that didn’t last long cause in November 2025, an email was sent out that yet again another rate increase was happening to…you guess it “the rising cost of expenses”. And it would be going up to $180/month. That was the final straw for me, there is nothing special in my head that makes pay $180/month for a parking space on gravel worth any more than the $144.50 I paid for 6 months. There are plenty of places I have been around that have either covered bays for outdoor parking, or large garages big enough to fit vehicles, trailers, or RV’s in that for the price of $180+ that would make it worth that much money. But for a spot in a gravel lot with spray painted lines? Absolutely not Photo attached of what the parking spot looks like, unfortunately it’s not worth wasting your money

I highly recommend Stack N Stor on Mariaville Rd. The facility is extremely clean and safe. I never had any issues with any of my items in our unit. Brianna the manager was friendly and extremely professional. The hrs of being able to get into the unit was flexible 6am-10pm. Definitely 5 stars.
