Avoid! Unscrupulous business practices and absent customer service. I've been patronizing this facility for almost a decade, and the management has declined considerably--most notably enacting sudden, steep rent increases with no notice and tacking on exploitive "prime insurance" fees even though I am a homeowner and have submitted proof of insurance on multiple occasions. The hours of operation have also shortened , and management is unresponsive to emails and phone calls . A quick Look at the Better Business Bureau reveals that this company has a pattern of overcharging and deceiving customers. Steer clear if you can and use another facility in the area.

Fantastic customer service from Jorge! I needed a unit fast and this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced . No one was on site but the giant kiosk connected me to Jorge who was exceptionally helpful and solved everything instantly . Very refreshing to work with such capable and professional people on a very stressful move day ! Top marks! Conveniently located and very clean too.

Met with Dana, a real charmer. Helpful to the max. The facility is spotless and well lit. Location is great. That was then, this is now: The monthly fee was raised 70% after two months! Outrageous, I’m sure you’d agree. This is a blatant disregard for fair and decent behavior. Who would trust their valuables to this bait and switch business model. There are several other honest and available storage facilities within a couple of miles of I’d recommend you check these out before spending the time and money here, only to have to move your possessions right after moving in. Sorry to be so down on a local business but this is not how you treat a client who wants a long term trustworthy relationship.

We never rented the storage before. After we rented a small apartment we looked around and chose Prime Storage. We were not disappointed. Corteous service, kindness in addressing any issues and professional assistance to a customer. However, the story was different to move out. No one is available at the facility to receive the empty unit. You have to be there when their representative is there to receive it. No photos are relevant. Read your contract. It is not the rent from the 1st of each month. It is as of the day you rented. Nothing is prorated. So you need to inform the company as minimum one week prior to your intended departure date to accommodate them. You might get lucky to get "approval" to vacate your unit in time. If not you are charged for one more month. I felt no eagerness to work with the customer who was leaving..
