We ordered a moving pod from here and we are very happy with our experience. Customer service was top notch start to finish. We had a pretty unique home buy and sell situation so our timing was delayed and very fluid. They were always flexible and worked with us. Not to mention nothing moved inside of the pod when the t transported it and I am by no means a great packer. When were done either the pod they came the next day and picked it up. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a moving pod!

I have worked with 6 other storage facilities and this is by far my favorite management to work with. They remember me and always anticipate my needs before I even ask. Always kind and understanding even when I am waiting at the gate the very moment they open. They even offered me a courtesy reminder when I was organizing my units 1 hour before "close up" time so I didn't get stuck mid-job. Security has not been an issue and I have been renting for years. Just pay your bills on time and I assure you they will consistently provide a pleasant and smooth experience.

Although I had no problems with my storage unit and it was paid every month. And nothing against the staff at the Schenectady branch. But I closed my unit a month ago, I was told when I closed it, my deposit check would take 7-10 days to receive, here I am still waiting for said check, I was informed that check #2 was sent out.. so as you can see I never received check #1, and every time I called about said check I verified my address with them.. So all I can say don't hold your breath waiting for your deposit back.. I'm not one to give bad reviews, and this review isn't on the Schenectady unit, the guys there were nice as can be.

Great customer service, the staff is very friendly and professional. The storage unit facility is well kept and maintained. It has great security and affordable prices for average size units. Plus they provide dollys to help load and unload your unit.
