I have experience not only at this location, but also in other states and facilities. This historic building in the center of what was once industrial Troy has been completely restored and given new life, remaining true to its purpose of serving people. Climate control, reliable security, convenient lighting, and good access make it unique and convenient in all aspects. During my 6 months of interacting with the staff, I haven't noticed any difficulties in communication; they have always been helpful. I highly recommend this place as a reliable and convenient storage facility. Thank you.

Extra space storage was very accommodating, clean, temp controlled, easy access to the building!! I would rent storage space from them again i a heartbeat if ever needed!! I also recommend to my friends and family, whether it’s short term or long-term, they have what you need!! Customer service was also very friendly and knowledgeable!!

Renting here was great! Clean spaces, never too cold or too warm on the 5th floor. I had a unique scenario play out and Jorge was incredibly helpful during move out. Would recommend this spot to anyone close-by looking for extra space to store their valuables.
