Convenient site for a storage unit tucked away from eyes. Inside is always clean and temp controlled which is what I need to keep my stuff in good use. Large and small units for what ever my needs are. I have been renting from here for about 4 years now and never have had any issues with staff. Always willing to help.

I rented a unit on the third floor unbeknownst to me and signed the lease, although we hadn’t moved stuff in yet, I had called their customer service and they wanted to charge me a significant difference from moving from one 10 x 10 to another on the ground floor. The online difference was only $20. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager because they wanted to charge me an additional $65, but a manager wasn’t available so I called the office the next day during business hours, and the lady I spoke with, forgive me if I spelled it wrong, Janisha, was very helpful and only charged us an additional $12 to switch to a ground unit. I was very grateful as both my husband & I have knee issues. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for storage. The general office is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Big kudos to to Janisha for excellent customer service!
