I must be honest and say that the Extra Space Storage on Merrick Road in Valley Stream has the nicest customer representatives. Firstly, there’s the receptionist, PRECIOUS who is so polite and professional in greeting the customers when they enter the establishment, she has a warm smile on her face and a great demeanor. KEVON the office manager is very knowledgeable about the business and has been extremely helpful to me since 2021 to 2026. I have also had the pleasure of working with SAM over the phone when paying my Unit and there has never been a time where he wasn't professional. This is the type of customer service that is rare these days especially in this messed up and confused world that we’re living in now. It’s so refreshing to enter an establishment and the people working there have manners, respect for themselves and others. I know that there are many other EXTRA SPACE STORAGES around but this one is the only one i have been to and have NO complaints about.
