The store manager, Kelly, is awesome and such a pleasure to work with. The last manager didn’t have all of my paperwork documented, and once Kelly was on board at this location she made sure that everything was good to go! Great communication when things are needed from either end. I would recommend this Storage Sense location to anyone looking for a storage unit!!

Convenient storage location and access. Prices are high and yearly increases are too much. No one is ever in office to answer the phone, but they will call back if you leave a voixemaol. Otherwise, good experience. Automated billing and monthly payment reminder emails are a plus.
