Good location, I got an outdoor unit 5X5 and the unit was decent. There was some debris inside but not to bad. I could see gaps of light from ground so not sure how it'll do inside if it rains. I would recommend some plastic lining if you plan to use cardboard boxes to store in unit. Love the easy access to park my car right next to unit and just unload right there. Go o is central location. In west Asheville and well maintained property.

After a snowstorm in NC, we could not continue to drive to our Tennessee destination safely so we had to fly instead of drive, but we had way too much stuff in various shopping bags that we couldn’t take and needed to store them somewhere. I called Go Store It after a Google search, and got a fabulous professional thoroughly informed agent named Fletcher! We explained our situation and she got it. We were set up in 3 minutes! We drove to facility put our items in the secure unit and then drove to the airport and was able to catch our flight without having to pay extra hefty baggage fees because we were able to leave some our our belongings in the unit. We will be back after our trip and pick it up. She saved our trip and I just love and appreciate a knowledgeable person that get situations and handle it with care and quickly! And the Burton St facility is in the heart of West Asheville. It’s a very convenient location!!! Look no further for your storage needs!!!
