I’ve had an overall positive experience so far with storing my items. They’ve felt secure and stayed dry during storing. The latch to secure my unit is very difficult to push, and I manage to injure myself every time trying to close it, but some WD-40 has fixed that largely. But other than that everything feels standard and solid. The team is generally pretty responsive and helpful. They left an overlock on for too long after a late payment, but my late fee was small, and they were very quick to respond to me how to get it off.

Renting was super easy I was able to rent and get my storage unit in less than 5 minutes. Didn’t charge me a full month when I needed to get a quick unit in the middle of the month. Great service and conveniently located.

Very nice. I called because we are moving out of state and when I called a few days before we got it to ask about prices they told me it would be $8 for my first month ok so 2 days later i call back to get a unit get all the stuff done he tells me its $89 so I explained i had been told I could get it for $8 my first month i tell him I couldn't do it that day I'd have to do it pay day he went ahead and done my first month for $8 and my 2nd month is $13. Definitely would recommend them to others!

Customer service representative was very courteous and informative about the different storage unit sizes and prices. The unit that I rented was clean and had the key and lock in place just as explained. The storage unit fit my needs very well.
