Rent was increased by almost 100% over 1 year we have been with them. We were at $300 and now we are paying $ 588 monthly. Just terrible how small businesses get exploited by Public Storage. I know this will be going deaf ears as these is a large public company but atleast by sharing our experience, we want to warn that public storage is not great for businesses. We have tried to even call the customer service and none picks up the call or even return our messages. So basically they have none at the front desk to service so they seem to be profiting from increasing the price and not having any staff

Debra the customer associate was so helpful and kind. She really made me feel cared for and thoroughly went through all the details, helping me not only find the best deal but also best size option. Highly recommend this location just for the level of service and assistance provided by such a wonderful employee.

Rent increased by $45/mo after only 2 months! What a great scam they have running, wait until people get all of their things moved-in and stored before increasing the rent by 33%, because after all, who's going to want to move twice? Buyer beware, get a locked-in price for a minimum of 6 months if you're looking for long-term storage.

Jennifer has been super helpful, assisting when I wanted to view new spaces and when I needed help opening a rollup door. She's very knowledgeable about the units and happy to see her face at the front desk! I also like that the units really are climate controlled. Humidity is kept at good levels.
