A hidden gem for storage in the Cary area. Howard (Trey) General Manager was helpful, polite, and provided a site tour for all available units. Excellent customer service experience; Howard gets 5 stars. I rented. PS. Some units come with duplex power outlets within the unit which is a plus. Gate secured allowing access 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.

This place has TOP service in ALL caps. I have used many storage facilities in the past as I have moved around a lot for work and this is the place. Located on a cul-de-sac there is room to maneuver larger sized vehicles, and I was greeted by the Facility Manager, Trey. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as down to earth and very approachable. Really great experience all around.
