Love prime storage they are always clean and easy accessible. Great communication and wonderful staff if you don’t have a storage unit prime is where to go for sure! They were so understanding when I found out I was pregnant and moving. They worked with me so that I can make sure I didn’t have to pay too much extra and then move. Wonderful, wonderful staff!!!! Sometimes just having a good staff, can be anything else when it comes down to customer service and they definitely have everywhere else be with customer service

Lots of space on site for big trucks or trailers to turn around. Fair prices for the units. Fast and easy transaction to rent one. They have climate controlled and regular units. Very satisfied.

Their customer service is unbeatable! I recently left my lock key in my car that was totaled and they were able to help me get into my storage space again within minutes! I have been with Prime Storage for 2 years and this was just the most recent great service story as they have shown consistent great costumer care over the years!

I had rented a unit, which I have never done before. I wanted climate control, not knowing it was inside. Craig/Greg (sorry not sure of his name) in the office was able to switch me to an outside unit, and was able to get me the same price as the other one. I appreciate his help with everything that was going on (my family was getting antsy to waiting). I will recommend Prime.
