I have been with this company for almost 10 yrs and when there has been an annual increase they have kept it at whatever I had been at…. I was laid off recently and when the increase was showing on my account I called spoke to Billie Ray and they actually did better then the ever did…. Thank you so much!!! I have had multiple units for more years than I care to acknowledge. But, today I saw just how much it matters to have face-to-face conversations with people. I went in to the office furious because my units were getting more and more costly. I entered the office and was immediately met wirh such kindness that I forgot to be angry!! Seriously,! Billy Ray was behind the desk. He was too nice. He has such a gentle personality that it was hard to be upset with him. He had so much patience, understanding, and...... he helped to lower the costs of my units so that the costs arei affordable within my budget. He has great knowledge, but more than that......he has fantastic people skills. He said...."All people have to do is come in and talk. We can help with their situation, but, they should come in person so we can get them the best deal possible while still following the company rules and the laws." (He did check with management for approval first, but he got it done!) Billy Ray, you are amazing! Thank you for all your help! I'm feeling less anxious now. GOD Is Good! He put the right person, in the right place, at the right time, for me!!! Praise GOD!! Thank you, JESUS!!
