I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage on Providence Road - Charlotte NC. Management is helpful and kind and understand what it means to provide excellent customer service. They were willing to work with me to prorate the rent at move-out. Facility is clean and well cared for. No pests. Furniture and boxes were all in excellent condition after 3 years due to climate control and managements dedication to keeping the facilities clean. I would gladly use this location again in the future if the need arises.

Tri is professional, courteous, listens to the customer, and just a great overall customer service professional. The property is well maintained and has a great layout for easy access to every individual storage unit. I highly recommend this location as well as the company that runs this particular operation. I have to do a call out to tri Being so welcoming to myself as a new customer as well as others that are current customers. He’s very personable and very easy to work with.

The staff at this location was amazing. When we encountered problems trying to meet our move out time, the owner offered reasonable options. I highly recommend this location. Even if you have another location that might be closer to you, the customer service at this location is top notch. It is worth your time to come the extra way to this facility.

I have had a wonderful experience with this place. A wonderful man named Tri helped me out and walked me through all the numbers and kept me updated on savings and everything. He was so kind and gave me every detail possible so I would be comfortable with what I was being charged. I highly recommend this place, and if you do come in ask for Tri (pronounced like Tray). 😊👍
