Ingrid LFirst time user. Truly appreciate the response time of the PS staff whenever I called. We signed up online, got the PIN and were able to start moving the next day. The facility is clean, cameras all over, felt very secure. The whole time we used it, it was very easy & flexible for us to manage our moving & clear out. Would definitely recommend this location and keep PS in mind should I need this service again.
MichaelAmanda helped me locate my unit and showed me where my lock and key was and showed me how to use the lock. I will say the locks are very difficult to use but she was able to "dumb" it down for me. Thank you for all the help! The facility is very clean and is very well maintained.
