Don't waste your money and time. I've had a unit here for a year. When we started here our unit was around $150. Now only a year later they are are trying to charge me almost $500. Mean while they still have an introductory rate around $200 that they won't honor with a loyal customer. It's unacceptable price gouging. Save yourself a headache. Don't do business with these thieves.

Great staff and so friendly. Loves the new building .Everyone was so kind and helpful. Love this place absolutely clean and so amazing. Rates were low at first but went up. Staff was helpful In getting me into another storage same floor with great deal. Awesome service.

My situation was an emergency need for storage space right away and the representative was so kind and efficient. Was able to move items that day. Price was reasonable and the facility was clean and accessible. Would recommend this location.

Stephanie, was great. She has great customer service very friendly told us everything about the units.rates were low Storage units we nice love the climate controlled . First time using this a storage, everything was nice & clean

okay! ill describe my experience. my 83 year old grandmother who i shared the space with went in person to pay for a month. she paid double our cost, in which she was explicitly told it would cover two months. lo and behold, one month later, I get charged the doubled price, which was our new monthly rate! check BBB, check consumer reports, any agency you'd like, and you'll see hundreds, if not thousands, of stories just like mine. do not spend your money or time here ever. the question is not if, but when they'll do the same to you.
