Lights Out

Renee, the office personnel, was very nice and most helpful. Of concern is that the light we were told came on after dark didn't come on at all --- not in either of the 2 controlled climate units we got. We needed light and couldn't work in the dark. Also a matter of concern is that the cylinder lock to the doors does not seem to be nearly as secure as the locks on the roll up doors.

Renee was amazing! I called in and told her what I needed, she was courteous and even held my spot for my RV until I could get there. This is my third time renting from this location. Great place and well secured.

Wanda was so incredibly helpful. She showed me the unit I was considering and then walked me through the whole rental process from beginning to end, including setting up my mobile account, within 30 minutes. Highly impressed with her customer service and the facility as a whole!

I had an emergency situation with my storage unit the day before Thanksgiving. Wanda contacted me immediately and assisted me with the situation until completion. I am grateful for her and the urgency in which she acted, possibly saving me from further grief. Every encounter I have had with her has been pleasant and a breath of fresh air in today's world. Once again I am thankful to have Wanda as the property manager of my storage facility.

I've used public storage quite a few times in the past, but this store is unique. I assumed I'd be stuck with a kiosk and a phone call if I needed help. Not at this place. Wanda was there to help me twice , and right on time. No long holds or awkward conversations with an automated kiosk.
