When I signed up storage few years back, there was customer service at the location. Now you need to make multiple calls and leave voicemail and they never return the calls. Very bad customer service and top of it once you move-in within few months they will increase the rent and no loyalty for the customers. There are other storage locations where when you call there are agents to pick up. I would never at this place and at any public storage as they have same type of customer service.
