We need storage for two large trailers on short notice one spot for a month and one for two months they were most accommodating and helpful. This lot is a bit out of the way in a very low key neighborhood, where I would imagine not a lot bad ever happens; we certainly felt like our items were safe! I would call them again if I needed space again. I see the negative reviews but I think it is easy to see past those as to expectations perhaps not being reasonable. Oh and the online billing and payment is super easy!
