Just rented a storage unit and used their free truck usage to move in. Brandy was very friendly and helpful and also very understanding in me having to change my reservation for the truck usage 3 times. Ms. Renee was also very nice.

Very disappointing customer service I called two weeks before choosing them and asked them about using their moving truck. I specifically asked if we could use it when we move out and the lady on the phone said yes. Just schedule it when you move in which two weeks before. We reserved it paid and THEN they said oh you can’t use the truck when you move out only when you move in When I called back to find out why they now said we can’t use it she didn’t really care that she messed up. She sorry and hung up We paid more money to use a truck that we now can’t use and no one cares. It’s sad to see people behave like this
