THANK YOU, KATHRINE!!!!!! We booked our unit online, and we're very pleased with how easy the process was. We showed up with our first load to discover the cleanest storage facility I've ever seen. This put me at ease knowing my belongings are taken care of. In regards to security, amazing. It's so secure that I had a hard time getting out the first visit. The phone call from Kathrine making sure that all of our questions were answered was an excellent added touch. So, again, thank you. We look forward to using your services.

We rented storage here recently. Teresa is fantastic and the unit was perfect for what we needed. Teresa treated us so well and notified me when I did not lock my unit correctly a couple of times and also assisted when rates went up some. Would recommend this public storage. Thank you Teresa

This place is simply outstanding! The effort that went into keeping this place secure is well worth it. You can download an app to access the gates and doors. Or use the pin that comes in text. I applied for a unit online payed online. The process is simple. The manager kathrine was a joy to work with. Knowledgeable, understanding and helped me resolve my issues. Also, they put the stickers on the locks for security. They know that it’s your lock and you can ask the manager specifically, but do not pull the stickers off. It actually makes sense why they put the stickers on your locks. The cleanliness of the building and attention to detail is noticed good management and team. I love the place first time there and it was a great experience A+.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Elevators are constantly going out, who ever was supposedly on site today was no where to be found. Called customer service who just wanted to keep connecting me to the phone number where that representative on site was not answering. Finally got a hold of a customer service manager who couldn't do anything to help gain access. She left a message for another manager to reach out in 48 business hours....This is one of serial visists I have made where the elevators have been out of service...take your business elsewhere if you need to have reliable access to your belongs that you are paying to store.... ***2 months has passed-never recieved a call from a district manager like the customer service manager promised...and this facility continues to be poorly maintained. Take you business elsewhere. Can not wait to be in a position to vacate. Never again...
