Raise the rent to often

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Since I have been with 10 Federal they have raised the rent 6 times in 3 years. They raised the rent again in April of 2024 and they just sent another increase yesterday. Ive gone from $96 per unit per month from when I started to now they want $177 per unit. The kicker is that they have the same units I have (10x20) listed for $133 per month on 2 different websites. So rather than lowering the rent for customers who have paid their rent on time for 3 years you want to raise the rent but give new customers a lower rent.

Kiosk at location wouldn't work.

Reserved a unit online. Very easy. Went to location to complete the sign-up, but no people to assist.. only a kiosk. Let me pull up my account, but then nothing! Couldn't complete the information and payment. Had to go home and wasn't even able to do it on the computer. Called and got assistance there to complete everything and get the payment started. Got everything accomplished, got my entry code and my lock code. Moved in on my scheduled day. The unit was very clean.

Was very easy to work with them by phone. The lady who helped me was very helpful and professional. Got my parking space in less than 20 minutes.

Easy to setup and quick transaction. You can move in within a matter of minutes. However would recommend that if you are wanting to get the most out of the 50% off the first special they have, sign up at the beginning of the month. Entry to facilities is done via phone which is super quick and easy as well as account payment and maintenance. Would recommend.

Wow! What a great way to store or organize your valuables and furniture. I was in the middle of moving and decided to declutter my home and garage. The units are simple to see and reserve on line. I took advantage of one of their special offers $$ and enjoy the convenience that I can get to my unit 24/7.
