Spoke with Tracye regarding a storage unit. excellent customer service. She was not at the place but was able to help me access the property to make sure the storage was big enough for my items. The storage was so clean and the place was nice. We were able to rent the storage over the phone and able to load the items inside the space.

They put the violations without verification. Someone put a garbage bag on the door of my store for a whole month. I try to call them to no avail. They want me to pay and then file a complaint. This is crazy.
