Top rate storage company

I've used Public Storage for years. Everything in their policy about locks, insurance, items stored, etc, is standard with them. This facility was clean and easy to use. Customer service was professional and she was knowledgeable. There was no shock when it came to fees, everything appeared normal. A very good experience.

Amy was very kind. She took the time to walk me around to different units to find the perfect fit for my needs. I would give 5 stars but I wasn't given the first month discount because my spouse rented a shed about 6 weeks prior to me renting MY shed. Different names, different accounts but they wouldn't give me the discounted first month. Kind of not fair I feel. But...Amy tried to apply it.

Spoke with Tracye regarding a storage unit. excellent customer service. She was not at the place but was able to help me access the property to make sure the storage was big enough for my items. The storage was so clean and the place was nice. We were able to rent the storage over the phone and able to load the items inside the space.

They put the violations without verification. Someone put a garbage bag on the door of my store for a whole month. I try to call them to no avail. They want me to pay and then file a complaint. This is crazy.
