They lock your unit with no access after 9 days of not paying your monthly invoice and still charge a late fee on top of this. I’ve been in business for 25 years and there is always a term of time that is allowed for the customer to pay their bill after the due date (typically 10-15 days). I needed something very important (one item) out of my unit that was time sensitive and they wouldn’t let me in to retrieve it. On top of that, after the bill is paid, they do NOT unlock the lock anywhere near promptly. I have had to wait and eventually cut the lock they placed on my units in order to get in AFTER the bill was brought current days later. I highly advise against using this business for anything. Their business practices do not correspond with any customer service guidelines with morals or standard payment processes.

I experienced great customer service and a great price to store my things for 3 months. The staff is wonderful, understanding, and really cares about your belongings. I would recommend this location to anyone.

An employee here coinspired with someone to steal 200 plus pairs of collectible sneakers out of my unit they are still trying ti charge me monthly but has no information on what happened the cameras didnt reach my unit so he said its the worst place to get a storage they havnt reached out about the insurance and they refuse to give me corporate number anyone who works there who has the corporate number or email id like that as soon as possible
