The property manager of this location -Patricia Haley hit my vehicle with a public storage golf cart while my vehicle was parked and off and me outside the vehicle. She disabled the door from closing and then gave me inadequate insurance information to cover the damages and locked me out of the front as while I was actively a customer trying to cancel my unit and talking to law enforcement. They gave me a phone number to a manager who did not answer the phone and it went to voicemail and no one called me back.

I've rented from AAA Storage for over a year now. My initial experience with the local Randleman office personnel was honestly not the best HOWEVER higher up management Angie stepped in to resolved the problem at hand. She is amazing to work with! Further she hired new local management/ office personnel, Christine. Christine has been very pleasant, is always available, and most helpful in general. I highly recommend this establishment!!

Pat is an amazing person! I was able to quickly decide which unit would best fit my needs. Pat showed me virtually and physically on the premises how the units will look. I have been at this location for over a year and have been very happy with my experience. The manager Patricia is super nice and she really cares about keeping the place nice. I see her all the time walking the property and picking up litter and trash. I definitely recommend renting at this PS location.
