Really super clean facility. The on line rental was very easy, they also changed my move in date, no problem. Emily the manager in Hampstead was great too. Easy going and just the kind of person to be working with the general public. Have always used U-Haul in the past. From here on out Pinnacle Storage.

Used pinnacle to rent a U-Haul trailer to take my daughter to college. Great customer service, Emily was very kind and even gave us some options to save us a bit of money. Convienient place in Hampstead as well. I know there are options but I would absolutely recommend to rent from here.

I would highly recommend this business! They are cleanly, very accommodating and cordial. For example, upon calling to set up a unit I was in need of an extra large TV box, they didn’t have one. Sal brought one from home for me at no charge. That’s raising the bar! Thank you! I know my cherished belongings will be safe during my transition period. 🙌⭐️

Moved to Wilmington, NC last week. Prior to that, we were bringing some of our items up for an easier move in day. We rented a climate-controlled unit at Pinnacle Storage - from the beginning, they were very helpful setting up the rental over the phone - instructions were clear, area was very secure and monitored! Extremely clean and well lit - every time I brought items over, I would see someone from the office doing walk through of the units. They even called us immediately after our first trip to inform us that our lock wasn’t put on correctly. Move out was seamless. Would HIGHLY recommend this facility for any/all storage needs. Top notch facility! Great management.
