Carolina Secure Storage - Coble Blvd

I used to manage self storages so I am going to be biased here but the customer service was awful. They forgot to upload my lock code on the site and didnt include it in my move in paperwork so that delayed my move in. The unit was full of spider webs and the lock was clearly overused as it was hard to open. Overall the site was clean and easy to access. The map provided at move in was very helpful in finding my unit. I feel safe and my items are secured in this location. The website provides excellent services for unlocking the gates as well as the doors for the climate controlled units. I also love the 24 hour access that they have. The only downfall is no one even called me back on the Saturday I needed my code. I sat there for several hours and even emailed :(
