This extra space location is very clean and well kept. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with David and he was very professional and knowledgeable. They have very good rates! I highly recommend them.

My experience renting a trailer was an unpleasant one thanks to an unpleasant lady. I always thought that having interpersonal skills would be a prerequisite to getting a retail job, for obvious reasons. Dealing with the public was definitely NOT the unpleasant lady's strength. Her nonverbal communication was conveying an obvious annoyance and irritation for reasons unknown to me. As an insult to an injury, her product knowledge was subpar. Considering all of the above I regret stepping foot in that location. Ok, I took a 5-minute break and had time to reflect on my negative review, because I really hate leaving negative reviews. Obviously, I don't have better things to do at 5 AM on a Saturday morning - well, it still speaks volumes since I am willing to devote so much time and brain power to this rant. I realize that people have bad days, which might have been the case for the unpleasant lady. I believe that anybody deserves the benefit of doubt. So, take my review with the grain of salt as it reflects only my personal opinion and experience at that particular snapshot of time.

I love this storage facility! The staff is beyond helpful and professional. My belongings was safe and well kept! This is the cleanest and greatly kept storage facility I ever used! Communication was great as well.
