Recently moved to the area, I needed to find storage space. I had two 16’ PODS that needed to be unloaded. So I didn’t have much time. The reservation process was pretty simple, over the phone, as well as text communication which was nice to have being I have been on the go non-stop. I was able to secure a unit and they even let me use their lock temporarily in order to give me more time to get my own lock off of the POD containers. The grounds was a little tight to have two PODS on it, but I was able to make it work and make the PODS disappear in less than 24hours so there wouldn’t be an issue.

I have used storage facilities in the past, but never have I experienced such professionalism in securing my belongings. I especially enjoy having 24 hour access to my unit. I am extremely pleased with the service provided at New River. I'm so glad I found them.

The location has many options and sizes for units. When I called their number, the representative made things very easy and the process to obtaining a unit was fast. The billing portion was simple, and they provided easy and clear instructions on how to go about entering/exiting. If you need something last minute, they can help you out. Would recommend for anyone.

Storage facility is very clean and easy to access. Grounds are well lit and there are security cameras on the premises. Having a temperature controlled unit is a big plus. Mark and his management team are awesome and easy to work with. The web site makes it easy to pay your bill monthly or set up auto payments. I highly recommend New River Storage!

I have been renting from New River Storage for years (started with the previous owner). For the most part, I've had a good experience...except for last year, when a snake got into my unit!! OH NO!! I had to figure out how to exterminate the unit myself. The only bad part of my experience is, it's NOT climate control, and it's extra for pest control. But, overall for the price and size of the unit, I would recommend New River Storage.
