We've been renting storage units thru Extraspace for some time now. With 1st being at the Westmoreland Rd location in Cornelius, and now the Elbert Ln Mooresville location. But today I had my 1st encounter with Mackenzie Holton one of the managing associates at the Mooresville location. And when I say it was very delightful, I truly mean it. She's very professional and has such a positive disposition. She really takes the time to makes sure the customer(s) are completely satisfied. Without the over crowding effect. If you know what I mean. My opinion, she's knowledgeable and takes her position seriously. This is my 1st posting for this location but I have to give her and this facility 5 stars. After reading this post if anyone is currently looking for a clean and decent climate control indoor facility to store their goods in the Mooresville area, I'd recommend Extraspace @ 140 Ebert Ln Mooresville. Ask for Mackenzie. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. 👍👍👍👍👍

Extra space is awesome, they have a wide variety of available spaces and multiple locations that make it very convenient. The location off of Evert lane in Mooresville was very helpful and took care of us while we were there and made sure moving in and out was smooth.

I enjoyed my experience at Extra Space storage on Ebert Ln. They were very helpful when I first checked in. Also, when I needed to downsize the unit, Scott was especially great at assisting me. Would go there for all of my offsite storage needs!

Space is clean and well kept. Staff is super friendly. We've been in about 13 months. Unfortunately, the rate hikes have been excessive. Recently had ourTHIRD hike and it was increased by $120! They have more than doubled our rent in a little over a year. We are in the process of looking for another facility.
