Received excellent service from Jherick. He was professional and patient. He helped me navigate your online portal, step by step (not an easy thing to do, given my limited tech skills). He first had to keep me connected during the process. Also NOT EASY. However, gven his calm demeanor persistence, and refusal to give up on me, we made it to PAY NOW.
