I have had 2 units here for about 4 years. They have held ins and outs of my life during that time. The facility is kept clean and safe and my items did not suffer moisture or heat, even though they are not climate controlled. Today I moved out of one, Kai was on the phone to help me handle the logistics. She was super helpful and supportive through the cancelling of one unit and retention of the other. Overall great experience.

I was recently messaged that my account was in arrears. I had paid on time. Fortunately for me, Kai answered my call. Sweet as could be, she patiently took care of the problem for a very upset Senior citizen. She never lost her cool and went out of her way to let admin know of the glitch in the system. She was efficient, cooperative, and courteous. … a stellar employee!
