Lynn was the best. I had a long drive ND had a rough going when I picked up my truck from another location and everything just seem like it was going south for me but Lynn understood it all and went above and beyond to make sure my interaction with her went smoothly and saving me time. I visited several climate controlled storage facilities in the Morehead City, NC area. I will be choosing Pinnacle in Morehead City, renting beginning March 1. Kellie provided outstanding customer service! She was so knowledgeable and helpful! Customer service and cleanliness are of utmost importance when storage is necessary, and Pinnacle at Morehead City was top notch.

This location deserves more than 5 stars honestly. Reserved a unit online which was so easy. Went in on the day I scheduled & met with Lynn. The office was so clean & welcoming & Lynn was the absolute epitome of true customer service. This facility is very clean, secure & move in was so easy. The extra added touch of a welcome note on the unit was truly helpful & appreciated. I highly recommend this location.
