We have been quite happy with everything related to our storage unit. We recently downsized units and Heather and Victor were both helpful in handling the paperwork efficiently and finding us a nearby unit so moving was easy. They also communicated with us from overseas so everything was handled before we got to town. The facility is immaculate and well kept.

I had a great experience using Pinnacle for a U Haul rental! I was able to walk into the office and have all of my questions answered by the gentleman in the office, and walked out with a reservation for the vehicle I thought I needed. As it turned out, I ended up needing a slightly different truck, and when I went to pick up the vehicle, they were able to adjust my reservation since they had enough trucks and I was still out the door quickly. I would definitely recommend them for any U Haul rentals and will do business with them in the future.

Do your homework before renting storage here. Pinnacle will jack your rates every 6 months, by about 8%, so a 16% increase per year. Highway robbery. The facility is clean and the staff is nice- but the company is taking advantage of our military community by jacking the rates on our many deployed people who cannot just trot over and move their stuff out. Many more reasonably priced storage facilities in Moore County to choose from, which DO NOT jack their rates this often, and when they do increase, it is not by nearly as much!! Buyer beware.

Based on initial experience, can’t rate pinnacle storage (southern pines) any higher - everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, booking was seamless, and the facility was flawless in terms of cleanliness and ease of access and a well lit safe environment. I especially love that the unit (5x10) opens like a garage door lengthwise for maximum use of accessible space. 5/5!

I rented the unit mostly bc the guy was really nice and professional. Unfortunately the unit is always hard to access due to the UHaul trucks always blocking the door and not leaving any room for other vehicles. Over $200 a month is too much for such poor access. I'll be putting that money towards a storage building of my own.
