The storage facility is in good shape. Clean and tidy with no sign of damage. Unit itself was clean once we got into it. When making the reservation it read no lock so we purchased one to use. When we got to the unit there was a lock on it and we had to call support which is automated, twice before we were finally given the code to open the lock.

I'm a recent tenant that is currently moving out of my storage unit and when I started picking up my items I noticed small flakes falling down when I got into the light it has showed that mold has appealed on my furniture and leather jackets I don't really understand why that happened considering it is inside a building that has climate control. I didn't get the insurance package because I thought my stuff will be safe apparently not. Now I have to spend the next 2 hours cleaning off a 100-year-old solid oak furniture that belonged to my x4 great grandmother.

I used the facility for a year and a half. The biggest issue I had was the scheduled price hikes. The manager sent me a screenshot of their payment system a few months in to resolve an issue with my virtual card. Guess she didn't realize at the bottom it said, "scheduled rate change from 1XX.00 to 1XX.00 on 7/1/2024." This was in January, and sure enough, I got an email citing economic conditions, etc... a few months later. By the time I moved out, I was paying over 20% higher than the non-promo rate stated on the website plus a new tech fee. Insurance had also gone up 35%. They might as well be cable service. They also had some roof work awhile back and apparently didn't account for all the dirt and dust that got knocked off. I spent a good amount of time cleaning my belongings after move out. The location and 24 hour access are beneficial.

Very informative about every thing and clear about the charges . The facility in Wendell is clean and kept with lots of trolleys .
