BEWARE: SHADY PLACE. Count your days Pinewoods Storage. I’m sick and tired of the gate not working half the time and wasting several trips. I’m suing you guys. Not only that, you guys have the audacity to add a foreign lock to my storage locker. I’m always up to date with my payments. $115 dollars for dog shit. I currently have no access to my storage locker. I’ve called several times and no answer.
Kate M*****AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! THEY STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!***** Initially I was very please with the prices of the units here. However they also require monthly insurance, more money for them I guess🙄. They make it close to impossible to pay your storage fees! The website WON'T allow you to login and pay your bill, customer service is also slow. Next thing you know your storage bill is JACKED up with fees for not paying on time. This company is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I requested to speak to the property manager (@3pm on a Friday) only to be told he won't be in till Monday. She has NO cell phone number to reach her property manager, NADA! These people are trying to steal your money AND your belongings. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!!🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️

Olivia GardnerRodent infested. Gate did not work when I tried to get my things over the weekend. 24 hour support isn’t provided. When I finally got my things, they were ruined. I purchased the insurance which I was approved thru a 3rd party, but it was a $500 max payout. This place cost me a lot of money and loss.
