I have been renting a unit since 2013, I have never had any issues. Other than the flood in 2018 during the hurricane, but the staff can't help those kind of situations. I am kind of disappointed in the new insurance fee I really don't like that. Dealing with Lidnsey in the front office is great!! She's really helpful and makes sure her customers are taken care of!!
