Hands down Midgard self storage is my favorite in my area. I have used this business several times since moving here in 2019. One of the main reasons I wouldn't go anywhere else is the location and Steve. This guy is the best! Always friendly and helpful every time I go to my storage unit. Midgard came highly recommended. While I think the Virtual Assisance in the lobby is a good idea, the Virtual Assistant got my paperwork wrong and I had to redo it. Also gave my ID, but had to resubmit as well. Also over charged me on agreed amount. Be careful with your AI virtual system. Otherwise all is well.

after thinking I had reservations elsewhere the other company failed to send me codes to get to a unit on Sunday . Midgard was closer and professional quick and professional.. I am grateful to the manager Steve that has been attentive and helpful anytime I have stopped in with a question or of assistance to rent a truck.. I would recommend them. It is clean and no BS..
