After down sizing my storage unit I decided to stay with Prime Storage. They try to work with you and your storage needs. The only down side is the price you get on the intranet only lasts a few months than a big increase. I was told the next time they’d work with me.. Hopefully I won’t have to move again.

Terrible experience. When you call for information you get an aggressive hard sell on the phone. Going into the office for the paperwork the ladies were unprofessional and not helpful. We were not given all of the info on what to bring. To top it all off we are paying for “secure” storage for a boat and a car and the gate to the facility is broken and open. Has been for months!!! No adjustment no apology terrible service. Finally after setting it up we both immediately get emails that there will be another $13 charged per month per spot for insurance. I will never rent from this company again. To update this issue did not get better. We had a classic car covered and in storage. Someone attempted to break into it damaging the window. Management for the facility was completely unhelpful. Did not take responsibility. We moved the car out. After the first review a District Manager said they would contact me. Never happened. I would not recommend this company for storage. Bait and switch. Fraudulent claims. Management is terrible and non responsive. Let me update again… after my last addition I still have not received a call from the District Manager. The location manager called me very “upset” that I had left a negative review about his business. Said he had resolved my issue and it was not fair for me to leave another review. TERRIBLE customer service!! Not professional!! Not interest in resolving the issue or accepting feedback. These people are crooks and I will never rent space from them again.

The staff is very helpful. They realized my needs and recommend a better spot. The facility is clean and has easy access. There is ample space to back my boat into my spot. The location is convenient to Carolina Beach. I am very satisfied with Prime Storage.
