The customer service was excellent. The representative was able to stay on the line with me and helped guide me in a step-by-step process from selecting a unit to signing the documents to making the payment. She also gave great advice on what unit would best fit all the items I needed to store. What I really enjoyed is the first three months 60% discount. That helped out a lot since I’m currently in between jobs. I would highly recommend their services.

Keep jacking up the price, yet online shows far lower cost to new customers. Plan on canceling my unit very soon. Also, told me I didn't pay previously yet it is on auto pay and had came out. Wanted me to pay again but had proof on bank statement

I had a great experience with street smart storage. I personally used the Wilmington location to store some items in between moving. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process a lot easier and smooth. My unit was nice and i am satisfied with my time here.
