The agent I spoke with made it very easy to complete the sign up process. She was very helpful and kind. I also like that the unit is very affordable. UPDATE I needed to make a change to my storage unit. I called and spoke with Angie. She listened to my concerns and immediately found a solution that I was very pleased with. She was great! My experiences with KO Storage have been exceptional! I highly recommend this company.

I like the size of my building and the easy access the only thing I don't like is my building is at the end and they have no drainage so there is a Hughe lake in front of my building they need to dig a trench or somehow get the water to drain so im not stepping in ankle high water other than that I'm satisfied

This is the most affordable and laid back facility to store your stuff. Noone bothers u when youre just dropping stuff off and organizing your unit. It's well lit and lots of cameras to make u feel safe. Definitely recommend this place.

I'm sorry to have to change my review. I just got my storage items delivered after being with you from March 2024 until June 2025, then moved to a warehouse from June until this Friday. What isn't moldy and ruined, is infested with Brown Recluse spiders. It's 1 thing if I get bit, it's another level of insane if my kids get bit since EVERYTHING that wasn't ziplocked and air sealed is infested. Still finding spiders. Never got a call back. Guess you're not that sorry.

I’ve had rented several storage buildings over the years and KO Storage has been the best experience that I’ve had out of all of them. If the time comes and I need to rent again they have my business.
