I have a unit at this location over six months, price started at $41, then they tried to up it to $86 but agree to $56 and now they want $86. The catch is , if I move to the same size unit in a different location I can pay $33 or $41 plus key fee $20 and The administration fee $29. So you'll pay $82 or $90 for the same size unit. I ask can I keep my unit because that's a lot of moving for a single female. Of course they said no because it's a scam to get you to pay more. If you have the man power, keep moving your unit, that's the only way you can beet them at their own game. I'm to old to keep moving from unit to unit. SCAM!!!

On Thursday, I went to the Public Storage facility at Bethania ready to move to another company because you keep increasing the fees, and what you are doing, in my opinion, is dishonest and highway robbery; however Megan was so kind and helpful that I decided to stay with Public Storage. The 5 Stars are for Megan, who was really helpful to me, Senior citizen, I hope you appreciate how truly great she is... she is a rare gem!
