!!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTERS BEWARE!!! I vacated my unit on November 5th. Was told I would be charged at a discount since I was only there for a couple days that month. Ended up getting charged the entire thing. I didn’t complain about it. Next month comes around and I get charged for the unit again. The website doesn’t let me take a card off the account without adding a new card in its place. The card that is currently on there is an old account that is no longer in use so I get charged a fee from the bank. I call and text numerous times and finally get a hold of the guy who says he’ll fix my account. Yesterday I got charged again for the storage unit so I get charged another fee from the bank and I can’t get in contact with the guy. I thought it was great at first but now I do not recommend unless your willing to pay for an empty storage units months after you vacate EDIT: I am now receiving calls that they’re sending me to collections for the monthly bill they continue to charge me after I had vacated the unit. I left the unit November 5th I notified them weeks before that I would be leaving. I sent the image of the cleaned out unit yet have been billed for December, Jan and Feb. DO NO RECOMED
