UPDATE 1/2026: I am updating my previous negative review to warn others about the predatory pricing structure at this facility. In just 15 months, we have been hit with FIVE separate rate increases. To put this in perspective: October 2024: We were paying $310.60. January 2026: Our rate has skyrocketed to $419.53. That is a 35% increase ($108.93 more per month) in a little over a year. As a long-term customer, it feels like they lure you in with a 'fair' rate, and once your life is packed into their units and you are 'stuck,' they exploit the situation with constant price hikes. It is exhausting and shows zero respect for customer loyalty. If you are looking for stable, predictable pricing for your belongings, look elsewhere. This facility prioritizes corporate greed over long-term tenants." Update: per their request, on 6/13/25 I emailed customer service with unit numbers and my contact information. And I never received a reply, it’s been over a month. Changed review to one star for lack of customer service Started with Justice Storage in 9/2023 – clean, safe, and great price. Then My Place Self Storage took over. Now, I've seen 3 rent hikes in the past 7 months for an overall total increase of 20%! I have reached out to customer service and they never returned my call. Unhappy with these constant increases. Buyer beware on pricing stability.
